We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on developing scalable web and mobile solutions using modern technologies. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and secure user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Applications:
• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or similar technologies.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs to support various frontend and mobile applications.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with backend teams and product managers to ensure seamless integration of features and services.
• Optimize Performance:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance for both frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure Security and Reliability:
• Implement security best practices, including authentication (JWT, OAuth) and data encryption.
• Develop automated tests and perform code reviews to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep up with emerging trends and best practices in full stack development, including the integration of AI-assisted coding tools where applicable.
• Documentation & Support:
• Maintain clear technical documentation and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in React.js (or a similar modern frontend framework) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Additional Skills:
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter) is a bonus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
