Job Summary:

Agnito Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with over 5 years of expertise in developing robust, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, leveraging their expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. This role requires a highly skilled, team-oriented developer to work on innovative projects from our Bhopal office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration and a rich user experience.

Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs to improve the application’s quality and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and QA, to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, specifically using the MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.

Familiarity with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).

Knowledge of frontend build tools and version control (Git).

Excellent problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on product quality and performance.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend libraries.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
