JOB TITLE: Java Full Stack Engineer

LOCATION: Remote (Night Shift)

EXPERIENCE: 8 – 10 Years

8-10 years of experience in full-stack software development.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop innovative solutions for critical user-facing web flows.
• Build scalable, maintainable software that supports millions of users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement technical improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain features using React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, and Java with Spring Boot
• Micro-Frontend Architecture: Work on SPA architectures and integrate with platforms like Netlify & Vercel
• Backend Development: Design and implement scalable APIs and services using Spring Boot and Node.js
• Technical Prioritization: Identify and address hidden technical challenges while aligning with business needs
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of web applications
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior developers and work closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams
• Customer Data & Personalization: Help build a robust Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enhance digital experiences

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Backend Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming.
• Micro-Frontend Architecture: Understanding of BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) design patterns.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS and configuring CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly and solve complex technical challenges
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

NICE TO HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS)

• Experience in high-traffic, mission-critical digital products.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms & personalization tools
• Background in subscription-based or e-commerce companies.
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft APIs, Kubernetes, and Kong API Gateway.
• Knowledge of message queues, serverless functions, and composable web platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
