Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications, both on the front-end and back-end. This role requires deep knowledge of full stack development, including web technologies and databases, as well as an understanding of mobile app development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both front-end and back-end frameworks, a track record of delivering complex solutions, and the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable web applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features across the stack.
• Work on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server-side) components, ensuring seamless integration.
• Ensure high-performance standards, responsiveness, and efficiency for all applications.
• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to improve application quality.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, updates, and codebase.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10-20 years of extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proven expertise in web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.).
• Strong experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and project management tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end integration, including APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
