As we expand, we seek a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop scalable solutions that integrate technology with political analysis and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain the existing company’s website, internal tools etc.
• Create user-friendly interfaces to present political data, insights, and campaign analytics. Back-End Systems:
• Develop and maintain APIs to handle large datasets, including voter demographics, polling data, and sentiment analysis.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage real-time data streams and ensure high availability. Front-End Development:
• Build responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Ensure seamless user experiences for dashboards and client-facing platforms. Integration & Scalability:
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools for data scraping, sentiment analysis, and geographic mapping.
• Optimize systems for scalability to handle high-traffic periods during election campaigns. Security & Compliance:
• Implement secure coding practices to safeguard sensitive political data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international data privacy laws. Collaboration & Innovation:
• Collaborate with political analysts, data scientists, and designers to conceptualize and build impactful tech solutions.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance digital campaign management.

Required Skills:

• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel/ CodeIgniter/ Cakephp etc).
• Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• API Development: RESTful APIs or WebSocket integrations.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and deployment.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
• Understanding of Indian political systems, election processes, and voter behavior.
• Exposure to tools for geospatial data analysis (Leaflet, Mapbox, or Google Maps API).
• Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.).
• Familiarity with machine learning models for sentiment and trend analysis.
