Full Job Description:

The Shivaay Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performing applications for cross-platform devices. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, who is comfortable working in an Agile environment and enjoys solving technical challenges. This role demands creativity, ownership, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
• Build reusable and customizable Flutter widgets that fit seamlessly across different platforms.
• Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and tools to integrate app functionalities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Implement Agile practices, including version control, automated testing, and iterative development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Refactor existing code to improve readability and efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Android/iOS app development, with deployed projects on Google Play/App Store or available on GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages like Java and C++.
• Knowledge of Dart programming language and REST API integration.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, etc.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and Scrum methodology.
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ability to document and refactor code for improved readability and maintainability.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
