Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic software development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. This role requires a balance of technical skills and creativity to develop user-friendly, high-performance applications that meet client and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy fully functional web applications, working on both the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Create responsive and visually appealing UI/UX designs using modern frontend frameworks and tools.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the full stack, resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development and apply these to continuously improve products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend languages and frameworks such as Node.js.
• Experience with tech like Kafka, Redis, Serverless.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and experience with API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?273,992.73 - ?1,265,840.24 per year
