Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. This role involves working collaboratively on projects to develop scalable, robust applications while ensuring excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development:
• Develop responsive and dynamic web interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Back-End Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic effectively.
• Database Management:
• Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and efficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project success.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in full stack development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of server-side technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database management and design.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rounds of Interview: 3-4 rounds (direct interviews)
• Probation Period: 6 months
