Key responsibilities:

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive UI components and features using React.js.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) with clean and efficient code.

Back-End Development:

• Build RESTful APIs and back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Ensure seamless data integration and management with MongoDB.

Code Optimization & Maintenance:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve performance.

Collaboration & Best Practices:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, QA) to deliver projects on time.
• Follow industry best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

Deployment & DevOps:

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure and application servers, ensuring availability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with deployment and cloud services (AWS, Heroku, or similar).
• Knowledge of code optimization, performance tuning, and database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
