Full-Stack Developer - Python/ Django & React/Next.js

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python (Django), React.js/Next.js, and API development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, AWS/cloud environments, and have experience coordinating with both technical teams and clients. Experience with Frappe (ERPNext framework) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Django (Python) and React.js/Next.js.

Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Manage and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in AWS/cloud environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.

Implement security best practices and ensure data protection in application architecture.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Python and Django framework for backend development.

Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

Hands-on experience in RESTful API development and integration.

Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization.

Experience working with AWS/cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both technical teams and clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with Frappe (ERPNext framework).

Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture.

Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
