About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End & React Native Developer with 3+ years of experience in modern web and mobile development.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Next.js and 1 year with React Native.

You should have a strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js, along with expertise in TypeScript, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS. Additionally,

Experience building cross-platform mobile applications with React Native is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development (Next.js)

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js.

• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) for optimized performance and SEO.

• Optimize front-end performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering.

• Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Manage application state effectively using Redux & Redux Toolkit.

• Build and style modern, responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS.

• Work with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data integration.

Mobile Development (React Native)

• Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.

• Ensure smooth performance and responsiveness across different mobile devices.

• Implement navigation, animations, and native modules where necessary.

• Work with Redux & Redux Toolkit for efficient state management in React Native apps.

• Debug and resolve mobile performance and UI issues.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of front-end and mobile development experience.

• 1+ year of professional experience with Next.js.

• 1+ year of experience building cross-platform mobile apps with React Native.

• Strong understanding of SSR & SSG in Next.js.

• Experience in front-end performance optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with Redux & Redux Toolkit for state management.

• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for modern UI development.

• Experience integrating APIs (RESTful).

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX collaboration.

• Knowledge of React Native performance optimizations and debugging tools.

• Experience working with native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C).

• Knowledge of accessibility and web standards.
