Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with expertise in Django to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, and delivering high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with Django templates and REST APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript (optional), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Django templating engine and integrating frontend with Django views.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and working with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of unit testing for frontend components.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Django Channels for real-time communication.
• Any Graduate
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
