About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in core web technologies and hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces that connect seamlessly with backend systems.

Work Timings:

• Onsite: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Hybrid/Remote: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript
• Build responsive, accessible, and well-structured layouts with Tailwind CSS — a must-have skill for this role
• Integrate dynamic templates using Blade in Laravel
• Create interactive UI components with React.js
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and handle data efficiently using PHP and Node.js
• Implement robust front-end validations and work with various third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools, CRMs)
• Maintain and customize CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Ensure code quality through regular commits, code reviews, and branching strategies using Git
• Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues for different browsers and devices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in frontend development

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Semantic HTML structure and accessibility best practices
• Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS — including utility-first design, customization, and responsiveness
• Good experience with Laravel’s Blade templating engine
• Ability to build reusable templates and integrate them with backend logic
• Solid working knowledge of React.js
• Familiarity with component-based architecture, hooks, props, and state management
• Competency in backend technologies: PHP and Node.js
• Able to work alongside backend developers and understand data flow and API consumption
• Experience with form validations, both client-side and integrated with backend rules
• Good understanding of WordPress
• Comfortable creating/modifying themes and managing content structures
• Proficiency with Git for version control
• Experienced with GitHub/GitLab workflows, pull requests, and code collaboration

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Exposure to headless CMS platforms
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
