Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend / HTML / WordPress Developer with 3+ years of

experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, with a

strong background in WordPress development, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend

technologies. This role requires the ability to deliver visually appealing and functional

websites while maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Frontend Development:

o Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern

frontend frameworks.

o Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability across all devices.

o Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.

 WordPress Development:

o Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.

o Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring security and performance.

o Implement custom post types, taxonomies, and WordPress APIs.

 UI/UX Collaboration:

o Work closely with designers to convert wireframes and mockups into responsive designs.

o Ensure consistency in design and user experience across all digital platforms.

 Process Orientation:

o Follow best practices for project documentation, version control, and task management.

o Ensure adherence to established workflows and timelines.

 Cross-Browser Compatibility:

o Test and troubleshoot issues to ensure compatibility with different browsers and devices.

 Website Maintenance:

o Monitor and optimize website performance, including loading speeds, SEO, and accessibility.

o Update content and features as needed, ensuring seamless user experiences.

 Continuous Learning and Improvement:

o Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, WordPress updates, and web

development trends.

o Suggest and implement improvements for design and functionality.

Qualifications

 Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is

preferred but not mandatory.

 Experience:

o 3+ years of experience in frontend development and WordPress.

o Proven experience in building responsive, visually appealing websites.

o Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce is a plus.

 Skills:

o Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap,

Tailwind CSS).

o Expertise in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.

o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

o Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.

o Knowledge of basic PHP and MySQL for WordPress customization.

o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

 Preferred Tools Knowledge:

o Experience with Trello, Confluence, and Jira for task and project management.

o Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) and visual editing tools.

o Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,420.89 - ₹68,711.91 per month
