Overview

Job Title:

Lead Developer (Frontend) Position Overview: As a Frontend Lead Developer at Marmeto, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers to create and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications and interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, drive innovation in frontend architecture, and ensure our digital products deliver exceptional user experiences. Your role will include overseeing the entire frontend development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of frontend architecture and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.

2. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

3. Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and integrate new solutions as appropriate.

5. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality frontend components and features.

6. Contribute to the development of reusable components, tools, and libraries to improve team productivity and code maintainability.

Skills: HTML, CSS, JS, React, GitHub

Mandatory: Team leading experience: Minimum of 10 people (team handling) knowledge on API , Knowledge on Mobile App Testing, Manual Testing.

Good to have - Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
