Front End Developer - Customer Experience Application

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our Customer Experience application. You will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of a critical application that drives customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities:

? ?Develop new features and functionalities for our customer-facing application using Angular.

? ?Maintain and improve the existing codebase, addressing style, functionality, and stability issues.

? ?Ensure seamless integration of the application's core component across various platforms.

? ?Write and maintain comprehensive E2E test suites using Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin syntax.

? ?Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to implement and refine application features.

? ?Proactively identify and troubleshoot front-end performance bottlenecks and functionality issues.

? ?Contribute to annual Angular version upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to users.

? ?Utilize best practices for version control and code management with Git and Github.

? ?Participate in agile development processes, using Jira for task management and tracking.

Qualifications:

? ?5-7 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.

? ?Extensive experience with Angular (ideally Angular 16 or later) and a deep understanding of its core concepts.

? ?Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end applications.

? ?Hands-on experience with Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin for E2E testing.

? ?Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web application design.

? ?Proficiency with version control systems like Git and Github.

? ?Experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.

? ?Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

? ?Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

? ?Experience with React.

? ?Familiarity with security analysis tools like Snyk.

? ?Experience in the financial services industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?267,535.95 - ?500,000.00 per year
