Fresher Angular Developer

Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• BE Graduate with training or internship experience in Angular web app development.
• Must have completed at least one Angular project and be ready to demonstrate it during the interview.

Selection Process

• Technical Interview: Conducted over a video call (video must be ON).
• Project Demonstration: Candidates must join the call from their development machine and be ready to showcase their projects and source code.

Salary Details

• During Training (3 Months): ₹5,000/month
• Post-Training (Confirmed Employment): ₹12,000/month
• Annual Increments: Based on performance.

Employment Terms

• Full-Time Position: Join as a Software Engineer from day one, even during training.
• Probation Period: The first 3 months are probationary. Employment confirmation is based on performance.
• Service Agreement: Candidates must commit to a 1-year 3-month tenure (including training).
• Work from Home: Use your personal laptop (minimum configuration: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
• Office Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays off.
• Leaves:
• 11 Annual Holidays
• 10 Casual Leaves per year
• 1 Earned Leave per month
