Overview
- This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysing large datasets to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations, create clear and effective visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings to business and technical audiences. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, the role empowers teams across the organization to work more efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Participates as a member of team of SME’s and data model owners carrying out the investigation, design, development, execution, and implementation of Finance BI projects to generate new insights, products
Creates plans, data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to perform experiments and validations in accordance with overall plan
Collaborates with SMEs to develop procedures for collecting, recording, analyzing, and communicating data for review and feedback
Identifies and drives scalable solutions for building reports, dashboards to monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
Prepare Documentation like Design Doc, Functional Specs etc of reporting solutions. Provides guidance and mentoring to L1 Finance BI Suppoort team and less- experienced staff members.
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, reporting & automation or a related field
