Job Title: Field System Administrator – HP Support (Laptop/Desktop/Printer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Field System Administrator with hands-on experience in hardware and networking, or relevant expertise in laptop, desktop, and printer support. You will be responsible for providing on-site support to customers, ensuring smooth functioning of HP devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HP laptops, desktops, and printers at customer locations
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware or software issues
• Document service reports and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and spares
• Travel to different client locations in Bangalore (field support role)

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Hardware & Networking
• OR Experience in Laptop/Desktop/Printer Support
• ITI, Diploma, or any technical qualification preferred
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply
