Excel Data Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Excel Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key business metrics.
• Collect, organize, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and generate customized reports.
• Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes using Excel macros and VBA scripting.
• Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to improve business performance.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through proper data management practices.
• Assist in preparing presentations or reports for management and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes related to data collection, storage, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, and macros.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights and reports.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a data analysis role or similar position is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
