Job Title: ERPNext Business Analyst / Functional Expert

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERPNext Business Analyst to drive the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring optimized workflows and seamless integration. They will also support end-users through training and troubleshooting while leveraging data for actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERPNext Expertise:

- Master ERPNext modules, configurations, and capabilities to align with business needs.

- Recommend system customizations and scalable solutions to meet organizational goals.

2. Business Process Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identify pain points, and propose optimized solutions using ERPNext.

3. Solution Design & Implementation:

- Design functional solutions, ensuring alignment with ERPNext best practices.

- Work with developers to configure, customize, and thoroughly test ERP modules.

4. User Training & Support:

- Conduct training sessions to facilitate ERPNext adoption across teams.

- Provide ongoing support and address user queries effectively.

5. Documentation:

- Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals for long-term system understanding and support.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on ERPNext advancements and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and business growth.

7. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Create insightful reports and dashboards to monitor processes and uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, with hands-on ERP implementation and customization experience.

- Strong knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Experience in data migration and creating process optimization strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
