Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Head to lead and oversee the implementation, integration, administration, and continuous optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, system security, and administrative controls—preferably within the textile and garment manufacturing sector—and will be responsible for aligning ERP solutions with business objectives to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute the overall ERP roadmap aligning with organizational goals.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP with production, inventory, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain modules.

System Administration & Security:

  • Manage ERP system architecture, ensuring stability, uptime, and performance.
  • Define, assign, and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls based on job functions and business rules.
  • Establish, enforce, and monitor security protocols, including data encryption, secure login/authentication, and audit trails.
  • Ensure regular system backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
  • Monitor system logs and proactively address potential vulnerabilities or breaches.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams or vendors to conduct periodic security audits and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads (production, merchandising, accounts, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure ERP solutions meet operational needs.
  • Provide strategic input to management based on ERP data and insights.

Customization & Development:

  • Oversee system customization to accommodate textile-specific workflows such as order management, dyeing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with internal developers or external vendors for required module developments.

Data & Reporting:

  • Ensure ERP system captures accurate and timely data across departments.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Training & Support:

  • Train end-users and department teams on ERP functionalities.
  • Establish helpdesk support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Maintain data integrity, audit trails, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure ERP system complies with industry standards, data protection regulations, and organizational IT policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in a textile/garment manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific solutions pertaining to garments and textiles.
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles, system admin best practices, and enterprise-level access management.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP rollouts and secure system governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
