Job Title: ERP Software Developer (Project-based)

Location: Baner, Pune.

Job Type: Contract / Project

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize ERP software solutions based on client requirements and specifications.

Develop and integrate ERP applications and modules, ensuring scalability and performance.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and ensure they are met in the solution.

Customize existing ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) to align with client needs.

Implement system integrations with other business software and data sources.

Test and debug ERP software and ensure all customizations and configurations are functioning as intended.

Provide ongoing technical support during system deployments, ensuring a smooth transition.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for code, customizations, and system configurations.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and improvements.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience in ERP software development and customization.

Proficiency in ERP development languages (e.g., ABAP for SAP, X++ for Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Strong knowledge of ERP architectures and database management.

Experience with ERP modules, such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and backend programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).

Experience working with RESTful APIs and system integrations.

Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of data migration and system upgrade processes.

Experience in ERP project management or leading ERP implementation projects.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
