Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, coupled with strong business acumen and technical expertise to drive impactful CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration, customization, and automation tools.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, process builders, flows, and Lightning components.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of Salesforce features across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Conduct UAT and support post-deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Proficient in Salesforce tools : Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and Lightning components.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex business problems.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
