Overview
1) Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to ecommerce performance (e.g., sales, website traffic, conversion rates).
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer behavior and purchasing data.
2) Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of online sales channels.
Work with the marketing and product teams to track and analyze the success of promotional campaigns, product launches, and online sales strategies.
3) Process Optimization : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ecommerce processes, including order management, inventory, and fulfillment.
Identify areas for improvement in the ecommerce site user experience, suggesting and implementing optimization strategies.
4) Market Research : Conduct competitor and market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights to help the business stay competitive in a rapidly evolving ecommerce environment.
5) Sales Forecasting and Budgeting : Assist in forecasting sales and setting targets based on historical data, market trends, and customer behavior.
Help in the preparation and monitoring of ecommerce budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6) Customer Experience Analysis : Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement in the online shopping experience.
