Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

Positions Available:

Drive Test (DT) Engineers – 20 Openings

Riggers – 20 Openings

Job Responsibilities:

Drive Test (DT) Engineer:

Perform RF drive testing and network optimization for the BSNL project.

Collect and analyze log files using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or similar.

Identify network issues and provide reports for necessary improvements.

Coordinate with the network team for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Conduct cluster drive tests and single-site verification (SSV).

Rigger:

Install and maintain RF antennas, feeders, and other telecom equipment.

Climb towers and install equipment following safety standards.

Route cables, perform weatherproofing, and ensure proper grounding.

Assist engineers in network deployment and troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation and submit site completion reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

For Drive Test Engineers:

Experience in RF drive testing with tools like TEMS/Nemo/Probe.

Understanding of 2G/3G/4G network optimization and troubleshooting.

Laptop with necessary software (preferred).

Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

For Riggers:

Experience in tower climbing and RF equipment installation.

Knowledge of telecom hardware and safety procedures.

Physically fit for tower climbing and fieldwork.

Ability to work in different weather conditions.
