Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for Generative AI Engineer at Dresma. The role involves developing and maintaining AI platforms, implementing AI/ML algorithms, and collaborating on software development projects within the company.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for Generative AI Engineer at Dresma. The role involves developing and maintaining AI platforms, implementing AI/ML algorithms, and collaborating on software development projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Should have deploying production grade LLM and Diffusion model workflows
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and other LLM deployments (LangGraph or LangChain)
- Familiarity with workflow management systems like Apache Airflow would be a bonus
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize AI pipelines and workflows to ensure smooth execution and improve the performance of models.
- Design and implement APIs and services to expose AI capabilities to other applications and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance AI platforms and backend systems using Python.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps), model deployment, and versioning.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including test-driven development (TDD), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Python development, AI platform development, or a related field.
