DOT NET Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using Next.js (React) for frontend and .NET Core / .NET 6+ for backend.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-availability solutions with best coding practices.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time WebSockets.
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, Recoil) for seamless UI interactions.
• Manage database operations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Develop robust authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect.
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy applications using either Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve performance through server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), caching, and code-splitting.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes, participate in sprint planning, and provide technical guidance.

Skills & Experience:

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, Material UI.
• Backend: Expertise in .NET Core, .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework Core.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• APIs & Integrations: Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, WebSockets.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure is necessary, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools.
• Security & Authentication: Expertise in OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect, API Security best practices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
