Role Proficiency
Acts under minimal guidance to develop error-free code, test, and document applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Understand application features and components, and develop them according to user stories and requirements.
- Coding & Debugging: Write optimized code with appropriate approaches and algorithms. Debug, test, and document code.
- Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate with customers to gather input and feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentoring: Assist junior developers in their growth and development.
- Learning & Development: Continuously learn new technologies and business domains relevant to the project/account.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in .NET (C#) and familiarity with SQL.
- Database: Experience with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and queries.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
- Cloud: Exposure to cloud services like Azure (optional but preferred).
