Job Description

As an experienced .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor to the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications using the .NET framework. This role demands strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Software Development

• Design, develop, and implement applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards.

Requirement Analysis and Specification

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop detailed technical specifications based on user and business needs.

Collaboration and Code Review

• Work closely with other developers to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members.

Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization

• Diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Implement performance enhancements to optimize application functionality.

Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing

• Guide junior developers, providing mentoring and technical coaching to build team capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Documentation and Support

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, code, and project specifics.
• Offer technical support to end-users and assist in project planning and estimations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Proficiency in C#, .NET 3.5 (or higher), and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• At least 2 years of experience as a C# developer or programmer.
• Familiarity with other programming languages like PHP, C++, or Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in agile development environments and adherence to coding standards.
