The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in .NET and SQL, specifically skilled in ASP .NET Core, PostgreSQL, MVC, Web API, and C#. The role involves overseeing the technical direction of a software development project using the .NET framework, making key architectural decisions, guiding the development team, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects on time. Responsibilities include managing the technical aspects of support and development, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
