Overview

Aviato Consulting Pty Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding technology consulting firm specializing in Google Cloud. We are looking for a vendor manager, who can manage a team of contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of either software and cloud engineers
• Conduct fornightly 1:1's with each team member.
• Manager contract performance
• Manage pay reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements and timelines.
• Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of engineers.
• Proven experience managing vendors.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹13,184.11 - ₹64,603.58 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: Remote
