Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 6 years of hands-on experience in the Cards and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API), as well as experience working with C/C++ (MFC/SDK) for legacy and payment systems. Familiarity with payment platforms such as Chase Payments or WorldPay is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable payment gateway solutions using .NET and C/C++.

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for payment processing and third-party services.

· Maintain legacy components written in C/C++ (MFC/SDK) and ensure seamless integration with .NET applications.

· Implement secure payment practices, including PCI-DSS compliance and tokenization.

· Work with SQL Server for transaction processing, data storage, and optimization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, testers, DevOps, and stakeholders).

· Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and compliance with security standards.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech, payments, and security.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.

· Proficient in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

· Solid experience with C, C++ (MFC/SDK) for native or low-level system modules.

· Familiarity with Chase Payments, WorldPay, or similar payment processing systems.

· Strong understanding of secure payment processing, encryption, and tokenization.

· Experience with PCI-DSS compliance and secure software development.

· Exposure to Microservices Architecture, Azure/AWS, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

· Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

· Prior experience in Cards and Payment industry is highly preferred.

· Certification in .NET, Azure, or payment security standards is an added advantage.
