Overview

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
• Collaborating with co-workers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
• Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions.
• Testing your outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order.
• Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
• Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience.
• Using clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.
• Remaining abreast of coding and technological changes that will impact your work.

Requirements

• Degree in software engineering, or similar.
• Angular/React Js Must.
• 5+ years experience as a .NET Fullstack Developer.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack .Net (C#), ASP.Net (MVC, Web API), .Net Core, SQL Server.
• Strong foundation in Object Oriented principles and design patterns.
• Capacity to use MS SQL Server with the ability to do relational database design and query development; knowledge of tuning SQL queries for performance will be a plus.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (RESTful/WCF).
• Experience in any of the JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React Js, etc will be an advantage.
• Experience with any or all of the following: TFS, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, SVN, Git, JIRA, or other SDLC management tools.
• Should have experience working / understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure would be an added advantage.
• A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.
• Remain current on new technologies and best practices in the information technology industry.
