About the Role: We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with a strong background in application maintenance, repair, and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring applications perform optimally according to technical specifications, implementing best practices for code maintenance and reusability, and contributing to enterprise-level infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair applications to ensure optimal performance per technical specifications.
• Perform basic analysis of functional and business requirements (User Stories).
• Develop features as per user stories and complete code stubs prepared by senior developers.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to maintain and enhance specific technology areas.
• Implement end-user or enterprise infrastructure/services as guided by senior technologists.
• Act as a technical leader or Lead Software Engineer for derivative software projects, when required.
• Code, test, and debug applications from detailed design specifications.
• Maintain and document code to facilitate future enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Implement coding best practices to improve code maintainability and reusability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in .NET & C#
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and MongoDB development.
• Experience working within a development team managing a significant code base.
• Exposure to additional technology stacks, particularly MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), is a plus.
• Strong grasp of internet design principles, including browser usability, cross-platform compatibility, colour schemes, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software architecture and enterprise-level solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
