Job Overview

Our client, a Texas-based digital organization, is looking for a skilled .NET Developer (Team Lead) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality software applications while also leading and mentoring junior .NET developers. You will work on React.js & .NET frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the best performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using React.js & .NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C#, .NET, and React.js.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Integrate MySQL Server or other relational databases into applications.
• Stay updated with latest software development trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, .NET, C#, and React.js.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with web technologies and front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of MySQL Server or other relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
