*Job Description*:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals with a background in clinical and medical knowledge to join our team as Healthcare Data Analysts. The role involves analyzing clinical and medical data, managing clinical data, and preparing summaries based on key findings.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Clinical and Medical Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret clinical and medical data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Clinical Data Management: Manage and organize clinical data for various healthcare-related projects.

Summary Preparation: Prepare detailed summaries and reports based on the analyzed data.

Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure data quality and completeness.

Training: Participate in company-provided training to learn specific job functions.

*Key Skills & Qualifications*:

Clinical and Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical and medical terminologies and concepts.

MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for data analysis and documentation.

Communication Skills: Ability to understand and write English clearly without grammatical errors.

Degree Requirements: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery).

*Experience*: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in healthcare or clinical data analysis is a plus but not required.

Education: Bachelor's degree completed after 2020.
