Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist & Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and business intelligence for a global ERP & CRM rollout. This role will focus on analysing complex datasets, building machine learning models, and delivering actionable insights across multiple enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI, Darwinbox, and Payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, AI/ML modeling, and data visualisation, with experience working in cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Analyse large, complex datasets from ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance, and Payroll systems to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop predictive models and AI-driven analytics to support decision-making in sales, finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.
- Design real-time dashboards and data visualisations in Power BI to present actionable insights to business leaders.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modelling to uncover hidden opportunities.
Machine Learning & AI Applications:- Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, churn prediction, and process automation.
- Implement AI-powered recommendations and prescriptive analytics to optimise business performance.
- Work with NLP and text analytics for unstructured data insights from customer feedback, HR surveys, and support tickets.
- Leverage reinforcement learning and deep learning models where applicable.
Data Engineering & Governance:- Work with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2.
- Optimise data processing and performance for large-scale datasets in Oracle, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Implement data security and privacy best practices across sensitive enterprise datasets.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, sales, HR, and IT teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Translate complex data findings into business-friendly insights and recommendations.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and strategic reporting to senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Lead data-driven problem-solving workshops and executive briefings.
Technical & Tool Expertise:- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong experience in data visualisation and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle OTBI).
- Hands-on expertise in big data processing and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with API-based integrations for enterprise data systems.

- Hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and optimising predictive models.
- Ability to present complex data findings in a clear, actionable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certifications in Data Science, AI/ML, or Cloud Analytics (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of graph analytics, anomaly detection, and IoT data processing.
- Exposure to blockchain analytics, digital twins, or AI-driven automation.
