Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, SEO, and other platforms.
- Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including engagement, conversions, CTR, CPC, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to improve campaign performance and marketing strategies.
- Optimization Recommendations: Provide actionable suggestions to enhance ROI, reduce acquisition costs, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven conclusions.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Marketing Attribution & Funnel Analysis: Assess customer journeys, attribution models, and conversion paths to optimize marketing spend allocation.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor data and industry benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure data-driven decisions drive marketing strategies.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, and Google BigQuery.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and CRO metrics.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models, customer journey mapping, and funnel analytics.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Google Optimize or VWO.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
