About the Team

With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each departments mission is to deliver a seamless and innovative communication solution. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.

What we’re looking for

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years working in the DevOps space ideally with VoIP.

• Experience with Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and other monitoring tools.

• Experience with Linux and familiar with Linux shells and basic network troubleshooting skills as you will be working on a mac.

• Experience in Shell Scripting, Python or Go or any other one of the programming language

• Have hands-on work experience in production system (at least 3yrs). Understanding of the principles of operation and limitations

• Experience with Redis or mysql database and Git, Jenkins, Argocd and other DevOps tools

• Have good understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP
