Roles And Responsibilities

We look after and support multiple business units, retail, digital banking, as well as Payment Platforms

24/7/365 monitoring, first and second line of all business units, we also are incident management, triage and customer facing (on the phone), we work closely with SRE, Development teams and Management layers across all our business units.

A good basic grasp of Linux

An understanding of ITIL

Rudimentary understanding of GCP

A willingness to learn - we will train you!

A good attitude and willingness to change lightbulbs.

A love of food!

Ability to work Just-Eat / Deliveroo and find discounts for team meal days.

Ability to get out of bed and online by 6am.
