Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS Cloud, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), strong troubleshooting abilities, and scripting knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate changes and ensure system stability.
- Monitor and optimize AWS resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Write and maintain scripts for automation and configuration management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS Cloud.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
- Strong knowledge of AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification.
- Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog.
- Familiarity with additional scripting languages or tools.
