Job Title- DevOps Engineer

- Implement and manage the Azure Pipelines, in accordance with Aon’s design and security guidelines
- Collaborate with IT Platform Services, Global Security Services to implement and enhance Azure DevOps pipelines for low code automation platforms
- Bring in latest updates and capabilities to the Azure DevOps, and to bring in training, guidance and support for development/support teams
- Ability to arrange and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, internally for IT Platform Services as well as for business teams for evangelization of Azure DevOps.
- Produce technical documentation and seek and incorporate feedback where appropriate
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT with focus on Azure DevOps Platform.
- 4+ Experience in designing, implementing, and managing YAML based CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and security teams with strong communication skills to drive DevOps culture for low code automation platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure DevOps processes.
- Having significant experience in managing Azure Boards and Repos
- Strong proficiency in writing and debugging PowerShell Scripts.
- Significant experience in using PowerShell with APIs and other systems.
- Experience in script optimization for better performance and reliability.
- CyberArk & RPA Tools knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, technical writing, and customer service skills.
