DevOps Engineer

Overview

• Build and maintain complex DevOps pipelines,including build automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security,monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• A grounded understanding of branching, merging,pull requests and continuous build pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchains suchas BitBucket/Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Ansible
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code(IaC) management, provisioning, and automation.
• Fundamental understanding of networking,firewalls, load balancing, forward and reverse proxies.
• Develop and maintain system monitoring andalerting tools to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal and externaldevelopment teams to establish best practices and ensure seamless integrationof new features and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshootingfor platform-related issues, working closely with engineering and professionalservices teams to address and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Defining and setting development, test, release,update, and support processes for DevOps operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focuson designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and maintaining cloud-basedinfrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC)tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef, and cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructurewith good command over any scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby,etc.
• Understanding of security best practices andexperience implementing security controls in a cloud environment
• Experience with containerization andorchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and workingin a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
