We are looking for a devops engineer who will embark on an exciting journey with us to grow our AI-powered CX automation business. As a DevOps Engineer, you will build, automate, test, and maintain infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of our platform.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling large-scale systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / Docker Swarm.
- Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages, NodeJS/GoLang.
- Hands-on experience in Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Good experience working with databases like MongoDB/ElasticSearch/MySQL.
- Good understanding of Linux.
- Has used monitoring tools like Prometheus/Newrelic/Datadog/Jaeger/Sentry.
