Job Description :

Job title : DevOps Engineer

Location : Trivandrum

1. Linux (any, but preferably RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux)

2. nginx

3. Ansible

4. VMWare or Proxmox

5. Security (firewalls, WAF, best practices)

6. Cloudflare (or any CDN)

7. Well organized: putsthings on calendar, sends emails, reads emails, follows up on issues.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud platformslike Digital Ocean

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and manage configuration management using infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible

• Strong commitment to fostering and working within a DevOps culture, emphasizing automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teamsto enhance system performance, deployment processes, and incident response times.

• Implementsecurity best practices acrossinfrastructure, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and access control.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issuesto ensure minimal downtime and disruption to services. Secondary Skills(If Any) - AWS and Kubernetes (Good to have) - Experience with serverless architectures and microservices. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging toolssuch as ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk. - Knowledge of database management and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL). - Experience with configuration management toolslike Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
