DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Python/Shell to streamline DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability of systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Document processes and train teams on CI/CD best practices and automation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and system administration.
