Overview

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Work Location: Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle and enable faster releases.
• Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate system configurations and provisioning of infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure infrastructure health and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.
• Collaboration with Development & Operations Teams: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient software deployment and infrastructure scaling.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices within the CI/CD pipeline, including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability scanning.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure that systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for all deployments, system configurations, and CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to deployments, infrastructure, and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Containerization: Proficiency with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting & Programming: Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Configuration Management: Familiar with tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or New Relic.
• Security Best Practices: Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tools for security automation.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of database administration and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
