Overview
Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Development:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure secure and compliant software releases.
Integrate automated security scanning and compliance checks within CI/CD workflows. Windows Server Management:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) in compliance with HIPAA & HITRUST security guidelines.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
Implement patching, updates, and security hardening for Windows-based systems.
Troubleshoot server performance, security, and networking issues while maintaining audit and logging requirements. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
Maintain cloud and on-premises environments (Azure, AWS, or VMware) in compliance with healthcare security policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on CI/CD, Windows Server management, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA & HITRUST).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting .
Experience with configuration management and automation (Ansible, Terraform, DSC).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of network security, identity management, encryption, and system monitoring.
Experience in HIPAA and HITRUST compliance implementation within cloud and on-premises environments.
