Responsibilities;
1. The primary goal is to Manage and Optimize the Infrastructure ensuring high availability and
Collaborate with Cross -functional teams.
2.The use of Cloud platforms such Digital Ocean, Infrastructure as a Code Tools –Ansible will be instrumental in achieving this objective.
Primary Skills
1. Linux (any, but preferably RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux)
2. nginx
3. Ansible
4. VMWare or Proxmox
5. Security (firewalls, WAF, best practices)
6. Cloudflare (or any CDN)
7. Well organized: puts things on calendar, sends emails, reads emails, follows up on issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms like Digital Ocean
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and manage configuration management using infrastructure -as -code tools like Ansible
- Strong commitment to fostering and working within a DevOps culture, emphasizing automation, monitoring,
and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to enhance system performance, deployment processes,
and incident response times.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure, including patch management, vulnerability scanning,
and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to services.
Secondary Skills (If Any)
AWS and Kubernetes (Good to have)
Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Knowledge of database management and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
